Based on Phase I assessment, site has low risk of any contamination of hazardous substances and petroleum products. No portions of site are identified as wetlands. Soil on site is loose clayey sand to a depth of 1 1/2 to 6 feet. Site is generally underlain by sand to a depth of 20 feet.
