Orange County, IN — The Orange County Economic Development Partnership (OCEDP) is proud to announce the recipients of its inaugural Small Business Grant program, awarding a total of $50,000 to support local businesses in their growth and development. 27 applications, totaling over $200,000 in funding requests, were received from businesses throughout the county. This initiative reflects OCEDP’s commitment to fostering economic vitality and small business growth within Orange County.

“Thank you to our dedicated Grant Committee members for their time and effort in reviewing all 27 applications,” said OCEDP Executive Director Skylar Whiteman. “The selection process was challenging, given the number and quality of applications received, as well as the long-term dedication that many of the businesses have shown in our communities. Small businesses are the heart and character of our local economy and we’re proud to support these businesses in their continued growth.”

The following businesses have been selected to receive grants:

  • Patoka Pines RV Campground: Funding will support the addition of an ADA-compliant patio campsite, shelter house, and dog park.
  • HD Graphix: Grant funds will be used for the purchase of a Roland VG3-540 printer to enhance their production capabilities.
  • A Bark Above: The grant will facilitate the purchase of hydraulic grooming tables and additional equipment.
