The Buchta Entrepreneurship & Technology Center held their groundbreaking on December 9, 2019 for the co-working space, maker space with prototyping capabilities and the ability to do small-scale mass production, along with a training center that will cater to workforce development needs for existing businesses, large and small. In conjunction with this effort, Pike County Economic Development Corporation is offering a matching gift opportunity of a $1 for $1 match, up to $50,000, for any individual or company that would like to contribute to this effort. This matching gift is only offered for a limited time, maximize your donation with our matching gift. Every generous donor will be recognized in the facility for generations to come. The deadline to double a gift is March 31, 2020.

The facility is being constructed on the I-69 interchange with great visibility. The Technology Center will be the gateway into the community where cutting-edge innovation, highly skilled talent, start-up businesses, training for employers can all occur under the same roof.

Once construction is complete in Fall 2020, this will be an anchor for talent retention and attraction. Invest in today and tomorrow’s talent, a legacy that will continue to give back to the community and region.
