Back 9 Development is the owner and operator of Christmas Lake Golf Club, an 18-Hole premier semi-private golf course located in the town of Santa Claus, Indiana. The development area is in need of water, sewer, and transportation infrastructure.

Phase 1 of the project includes the construction of 8 single family homes near the golf course.

The private investment figures and the READI request figures are solely based on phase 1. The project is requesting $500,000 of READI funds to be used for the construction of the water, wastewater, storm water, and roadway infrastructure.

The homes will be a minimum of 1,400 square feet and consist of 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
