Orchard Estates Subdivision is planned to include 14 duplex homes, totaling 28 units, on a 7 acre parcel on North Washington Street in Dale, IN.

The project will be completed in two phases.

Phase 1 will consist of the construction of 10 duplexes. Phase two will consist of the construction of 4 duplexes.

Each unit will be approximately 1,500 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each unit will also have an attached garage.

Phase 1: 10 duplexes resulting in 20 housing units in Dale, IN
